Pro Pairings is a complete event management system for drag racing, slot car, RC, and judged car shows, featuring powerful desktop pairing and judged show software along with a mobile app that includes tools such as our ranked Practice Tree with Online VS and Log Book with ET prediction.

Announcements and Schedules

Announcement

  • Send announcements directly out to your pinned users at any time
  • Announcements are sent as notifications instantly to users that have your venue pinned
  • Announcements are shown on your panel directly on the main venue list during events, and outside of events
  • Your last 100 announcements are saved and viewable on your venues announcement list
  • Instantly promote your upcoming event from your schedule list with a push announcement with a single click of a button

Schedule

  • Create your full event schedule, create single-day or multi-day events
  • Attach flyer image to event(s)
  • List full event details in description
  • Choose event type, which allows users to filter by event type and find your event on the global schedule
  • Users can also filter by location on the global schedule
  • Your events in the schedule will automatically notify users that have your venue pinned 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day prior to the event starting, but you can also manually announce/promote your event with a single click of a button as an announcement
  • Your next upcoming event will always show on your panel directly on the main venue list during events, and outside of events

Pairing Software

Event Management

  • Unlimited events with event-specific settings, swap between an unlimited number of events at the same time with different settings. All will even show separately on the mobile app for easy following
  • Mobile app entry submission — zero typing for race directors
  • Easy entry management — add, edit, or remove competitors anytime
  • Auto backups every 15 minutes on the server in-case of a disaster

Running Events & Pairing

  • The Pro Pairings “random” pairing method, the most in-depth and ironed out pairing method of all time
  • Pairing method keeps track of full matchup history throughout the event, ensuring that each and every matchup is the freshest/least occurring possible
  • Shuffle algorithm ensures that each competitor has the largest amount of time between each of their runs
  • Shuffle algorithm ensures that doubled cars DO NOT have to run in back to back pairs for that competitor if possible
  • Double elimination / loser’s bracket support
  • Full laddering system (Pro & Sportsman styles) with qualifying or done as mid-race (say 16 or less cars for example)

Log Book

  • Ticket scanning using phone camera
  • Track your maintenance based on run quantity, several default maintenance tasks, and you can create unlimited others
  • Uses current location to gather current weather conditions
  • ET Prediction using weather conditions, using our innovative factor-based trend prediction system
  • Prediction system immediately adjusts to how your setup reacts to weather conditions. Flexible for ANY setup
  • Prediction system detects potential outlier runs within the prediction pool, identifying them to you and how much of an outlier they are suspected to be (Mild, Moderate, Extreme). Still giving you full freedom to decide if you include the run in the prediction or not.
  • Change converter? Engine? New car but similar setup? You can simply make a new car/setup within the log book and then LINK your previous setup to the current one, INSTANTLY receiving trend predictions after your first run using all of your previous data. Assuming the setup is similar you will get accurate trend predictions immediately.
  • Throttle stop predictions, this is in early testing. Would love to have some of you try it out and provide feedback to prefect it!

Judged Show Software

Core Features

  • Desktop software for event directors + mobile scoring for judges
  • Scores automatically compile and update live in real time
  • Option to show or hide live scores on the public app during judging
  • Multiple viewing modes on software: Simple, Detailed, and Judge View
  • Manual judge score entry and override tools for directors
  • Print blank score sheets for offline judges
  • Create unlimited classes for entrants to be be placed into, overall leaderboard, or per class leaderboard
  • Full control over permitted judge list (mobile account names), can also do open scoring (any mobile account can submit scores)

Scoring Options

  • Create unlimited scoring categories, and set the weight of each category as a percentage. Controls how much each category effects the final score
  • Choose between scoring 0-10 or 0-100
  • Simple overall scoring mode (default “single category” when there are no special scoring categories created)
  • Run-based scoring, unlimited number of runs (you choose quantity)
  • For run-based scoring, choose between best run, or average run score

  • An automatic run order list, for run-based scoring. Editable, allowing you to move entries runs around etc keeping the run order organized
  • Timed events, allowing the race director on the software to time runs, to be used solely as the scoring criteria, or mixed with judge scoring
